How to make your face looks smaller?

Salam and Hi!

Is good to be back in here for a while. Back from workshop and conference. Feel very refreshing. However back in the office with some issues. Not sure how to solve it but Hay..., life don't have to be that stressful right? The more you think about it, the more complicated it will be, so stay relax and trust Allah.

I'm not so good in handling stress actually and end up feeding myself with all those high sugar foods (cake, chocolate, ice blended) then feel guilty for the volume of sugar been inserted in my body.. Oh man..

Ok, related to the above subject,  how to make your face slimmer without any diet? haha, it is very easy, just get yourself an anti-pluffy scarves inner to wear with your shawls or scarves...

But make sure to find your preferable materials whichever that you are comfortable with, ie the texture, type of materials. Please find a cooling type of material. To date, i think duck inner ninja works best for me cause the material is good. 


I'm sorry, if you think i want to suggest products or diet regime, I'm not.  This must be the effects of high sugar intakes, haha.. forgive me ok..

Essence of longevity

Salam and a very good day,

Hi everyone! Its quite a hectic day today but Alhamdulillah I like it. Hihi. Just receive a few gifts from India, so that's make me feel very energetic this evening.

So, I'm sure you want to know what is the essence of longevity. Ok, lets make a guess (drum sounds all over the place.....). It is from the health beauty products? From natural plant? (Can be) From food? or do I produce any new food supplement? (Of course not, hihi).

Ok. The answer is.....


Suprisingly, that essence can be produced by our own body. Not need to buy it anywhere. What you need to do is to fast (Fasting, in Malay - Puasa). What? Fasting? But how?

Ok, in brief, usually you will fast for 15-16 hours. After for about 8 hours, when you body have used all  glucose supply, your body will produce beta-hydroxybutyrate (BHB), one of the ketone bodies resulting from hydrolyses and mobilization of your fat  from adipose tissue to your liver. This fatty acid will be converted to ketone bodies as alternative source of energy to your body especially to your brain replacing glucose.

This BHB have been  reported recently in Nature (One of the prestigious Science Journal) to help with reduction of inflammatory process and anti-apoptosis. This will help to prevent cardiovascular disease, cancer etc. Furthermore, during fasting your ADP levels is increased which will inhibit telemore shortening, therefore it will help to slower down the aging process. Basically we are aging because of our telomere at our chromosome is shortening with increasing age.

Futhermore, hydrolyses and mobilization of your fat  from adipose tissue  will make you slimmer with less fat presence around your waist or any area in your body.

Apart from fasting you can do caloric restriction.
